We discuss with you what your requirements are - in terms of fabric, style, design features, practical needs and so on. These may be based on an existing garment design, or the development of a new one.

We develop an initial prototype design to show to you. We may have to source fabric samples and other materials in order to do this. The resulting garment might exactly fit your requirements, or provoke further discussion leading to changes.

We adjust the design to incorporate any changes required and then sign-off the design together.

At this point we are able to discuss definite costs for the finished design, based on your requirements and agreed procurement schedules. We can then order any fabrics and other materials required and give you a production timescale.

We create physical patterns for your garment style, and initiate the garment production process leading to delivery.
