WE'RE INVESTING IN THE FUTURE

We are developing a new 27-acre campus for Vocational Training and Business Enterprise just outside Waterloo in Sierra Leone.

Our initial Phase of activity since startup in 2010 has been aimed at building a strong foundation, and developing our operational model for Vocational Training and Business. This has given us an excellent basis on which to build and grow. We are now ready for the next stage of expansion.

A New Campus

Our aim is for the new campus to have a major impact on vocational training in this nation. Development of this new facility will take place in stages. Stage 1 involves constructing a 33,000 square foot main Training & Factory building, 8 houses for staff and students, and associated site infrastructure and facilities.

The main Training & Factory building will be focused on our current Tailoring & Fashion activities. Stage 2 will develop additional housing and further Training and Business facilities based around other vocations.

Building Progress

We have completed the Ground, First and Mezzanine Floors of our main building and are now constructing the roof. We have also completed our first 5 Staff/Student houses, the CEO's House and the main cesspit for the site. We are on schedule to move in June 2024.

The main building will house our Training School on the upper floor, and our factory and offices on the ground floor. Our aim in the future is to provide most of our staff with good quality accommodation in a community setting. We may also provide housing for some students who are desperately in need of accommodation and are unable to stay with family or guardians.
